Band 3 Clinical Support Worker

Leg Ulcer Team North offers a Band 3 Clinical Support Worker role. The team is based at Royal Leamington Spa Rehabilitation and covers both clinics across South Warwickshire and home visits. Service runs Monday – Friday 8:30 – 16:30 hrs.

Overview

The role involves managing patients affected by leg ulcers and assisting in delivering a care plan that meets individual needs with emphasis on self‑care.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality, caring and compassionate personal care under the direction of registered staff.
• Work as part of the multidisciplinary team.
• Support the delivery of safe, effective and compassionate patient care.
• Meet travel requirements for community work and home visits.

Required skills and attributes

• Organised and competent with a particular interest in wound care.
• Motivated, enthusiastic and good interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel as required for the community post.
