£19.50-£22.50 per hour

Role Overview

HGV Class 2 Driver delivering cages of stock to convenience stores across the Southwest from the distribution site in Severn Beach, Bristol (BS35 4DF).

Responsibilities

• Deliver cages of stock safely into designated areas and collect empty cages.
• Perform multiple drops per shift.
• Follow Health & Safety and transport legislation (working time directive, driving hours/breaks, tachograph laws).
• Complete scanning and paperwork correctly.
• Ensure deliveries match paperwork and complete all drops on time.
• Maintain a safe, reliable and competent working manner.
• Average shift length 9‑12 hours.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Valid Class C license.
• Valid Tacho and CPC card.
• No more than 6 points (no DD’s, DR’s, TT’s or IN’s).
• Minimum 6 months of commercial driving experience.

Shift Information

• Monday to Friday
• Tuesday to Saturday
• Flexible weekly rota to include busiest days (Mon, Fri & Sat)

PAYE Rates

• Weekdays: £19.50
• Weekends: £22.50
• Overtime after 48 hours: £22.50
