Respond to, troubleshoot and resolve network issues raised via the ticketing system, providing top-level support across WAN and LAN technologies.* Oversee and maintain network infrastructure, ensuring continued availability and reliability across the global estate.* Ensure the network meets required security standards and controls, with a strong focus on Layer 7 technologies.* Work with third-party vendors to identify root cause analysis on support issues.* Support the implementation of new technologies, contributing to both BAU and project initiatives including the ongoing Azure cloud migration programme.* Produce clear support documentation and technical implementation plans.
