Mobile Plumber

We are recruiting for a Commercial Plumber to join a leading building services provider delivering maintenance and plumbing works across commercial buildings owned by the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea.

Location: Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea

Salary: Up to £45,000 basic salary per year, plus overtime and call‑out rates.

Role Responsibilities

• Planned and reactive plumbing maintenance.
• Repairs and installations across commercial properties.
• Fault finding and remedial works.
• Working on hot and cold‑water systems.
• General building services plumbing duties.
• Participation in a 1‑in‑4 on‑call rota.

Requirements

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing & Heating (or equivalent).
• Proven experience within commercial maintenance environments.
• Strong fault‑finding and repair skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
