You will provide support throughout the employee life cycle, handling HR queries related to payroll, references, and policies. In addition, you will take ownership of transactional administration, maintain accurate employee records in the HR system, resolve enquiries, and ensure the integrity of HR data.Role ResponsibilitiesProcess administration of employee life-cycle events (onboarding – departure)Maintain accurate data in all systems including the Human Resources Information SystemDelivering new starter inductions and ensuring all documentation is obtained for processingSupport a variety of projects in conjunction with the Service Delivery team and HR Managers to support business needsSupport the HR International team through report production and data analysisEnquiry resolution and escalation as appropriateExperience, Skills, and Qualification:EssentialPrevious administration and organisational experienceAccuracy and attention to detailWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of applicationsAble to effectively gather and interpret informationAble to prioritise and plan work activities effectivelyGood written and verbal communicationAbility to manage sensitive information appropriately and confidentiallyAbility to meet deadlines and deliverables with minimum supervisionAble to collaborate with the team and wider businessAble to adapt to changeEffective time management skillsDesirableExercise critical thinking skills in production and analysis of HR reportingDemonstrable sound judgement and understanding of proper escalation of queriesA-Level or equivalent standard of qualification/ demonstrable experienceDemonstrated interest in Human Resources either through study or previous work#LI-IW1Job Posting End Date:17-06-2026#J-18808-Ljbffr…
