Summary
We are seeking a motivated and organised individual to join our Car Park team to support the day‑to‑day running of our 19 City Centre car parks.
The post holder will lead by example, providing excellent customer service, maintaining a high standard of quality across the sites, working within a team, interacting with members of the public, and keeping accurate records of daily site operations.
The successful applicant will have previous experience in a customer service role, strong communication skills, flexibility in working hours, and a willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions. They will work five days per week on a shift rota covering Monday to Sunday. Applications may close early if sufficient applications are received.
