Compliance Analyst

We’re supporting an innovative organisation in the UK energy sector as they look to hire a Compliance Analyst to join their growing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in compliance, governance, audit, risk, or a related analytical role who is keen to develop expertise in regulatory compliance and energy markets.

What you will be doing:

• Coordinate regulatory submissions and reporting activities.
• Maintain compliance records, trackers, and audit documentation.
• Monitor regulatory and industry developments.
• Support compliance reviews, audits, and governance processes.
• Assist with internal policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks.
• Work closely with stakeholders across multiple business functions.

What you will bring:

• 1–2 + years’ experience in compliance, regulatory, governance, audit, risk, or analytical roles.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and documentation.
• Experience within energy or another regulated industry is advantageous.
