Teacher Employment Advice & Member Support (Hybrid)

The NASUWT in Birmingham is seeking a Member Support Services Team member. You will provide essential advice and guidance to teachers via a busy telephone line and email. The role offers a hybrid work model, with a commitment to serving union members effectively.

This temporary role is for up to 12 months, working 24 hours a week, Monday to Thursday. Candidates must have knowledge of employment law and outstanding member care skills. Benefits include a Defined Benefit Pension Scheme and 50 days leave.
