ICT Apprentice: Hands-On IT Support & Networking

Sunderland City Council is offering an apprenticeship to develop skills for a successful career in ICT. The successful candidate will resolve IT-related issues, maintain user access, and work toward a Level 3 Information Communications Technician qualification.

This role includes support from a workplace mentor and access to various development opportunities. Applicants must be UK citizens over 16, not in full-time education, and have lived in the UK/EEA for the last three years.
