Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated plasterer to join our complex repairs team in Redcar. The role will involve carrying out all plastering works for disrepair claims in customers’ homes.
The successful candidate will also undertake damp‑proofing works, including tanking methods, and will have strong all‑round knowledge of damp, mould, and general property repairs.
Responsibilities
We need a reliable and driven individual who can work effectively both with initiative and as part of a team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the right skills and attitude and will preferably be multi‑skilled or capable of carrying out a range of trade works.
Working across the Redcar & Cleveland area, you will carry out repairs while customers remain or vacate their properties to a high standard and a professional service for our customers.
- May be eligible for allowances including enhanced tool allowance/multiskilling allowance payments.
- May be required to mentor an individual who is an apprentice, volunteer or on a work experience placement.
