Labourer

Our engineering client is looking for x3 Manufacturing Labourers to join their busy and growing team.

This is a great opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment, ideal for someone who enjoys practical, physical work.

Responsibilities

• Assisting skilled operatives with day‑to‑day tasks
• Carrying out general workshop and housekeeping duties
• Keeping work areas clean, organised, and safe
• Moving materials and components around site (lifting equipment provided)
• Supporting with basic paperwork and job records when required

Previous labouring or manufacturing experience is advantageous but not essential — a strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to get stuck in are key. If you’re based in or around Chichester and looking for a hands‑on role, this could be a great opportunity.

Assignment Type: Temporary

Pay Rate: £13.40 per hour

Hours: 07:00 – 16:30 (Monday to Thursday), 07:00 – 11:00 (Friday)
