Overview

Amazon Flex delivers packages using your own vehicle and smartphone. It offers flexible delivery blocks, real‑time GPS tracking, 24/7 in‑app support, and access to a range of exclusive deals and discounts.

Responsibilities

• Deliver packages to Amazon customers using a mid‑size vehicle with at least five seats.
• Schedule and pick up delivery blocks in advance or on a per‑day basis based on availability.
• Adhere to safety requirements and maintain real‑time GPS monitoring while delivering.
• Follow booking instructions, driver instructions, and customer service protocols.

Qualifications

• Valid UK driving licence.
• UK National Insurance number and proof of right to work in the UK.
• Commercial vehicle insurance (hire and reward) for a mid‑size vehicle.
• Smartphone – iPhone or Android compatible with the Amazon Flex app.
• Background and criminal record check clearance.
• No prior experience as a truck, taxi, courier, or delivery driver required.
• Current Amazon employees are not eligible.
