Salary: Circa £20 – £23 gph, depends on experience

Overview
This is a lovely returning client whose current nanny has been with the family for three years. With the youngest child starting full‑time education, the role has naturally evolved, and the family’s childcare needs have reduced, bringing the current arrangement to a close. The family are excited to welcome a new nanny‑housekeeper to their home and are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys a combination role and becoming part of a busy, happy family environment.
Typical Routine
The first part of the day will focus on household support, including general housekeeping, family laundry, and preparing the evening meal. You will create and manage a weekly schedule to help maintain a clean, organised, and smoothly run family home. The second part of the day is childcare‑focused. You will collect the children from school using public transport (all three children attend the same school), prepare a healthy after‑school snack, and support them through the afternoon. This may include supervising homework, encouraging musical interests and practice, reading with the youngest child, and serving dinner. Parents are typically home in time to take over the bath and bedtime routine.
Key Requirements
- 2 years minimum professional experience of working in private homes.
