Support Worker (21 hrs/wk) – Community & In-House Activities

The Phoenix Project (IOW) in Binstead is seeking additional support staff for a day service for adults with Learning Disabilities and Autism. The position requires 21 hours of support per week, primarily from 9:00-4:00, Monday to Friday, with opportunities for extra hours.

Your responsibilities will include assisting individuals with personal care and facilitating their participation in various activities both in-house and in the community. A willingness to drive is highly desirable, and full training will be provided.
