Technical Support Engineer – Onsite & Networking

Autrix Limited is seeking a hands-on Technical Support specialist to join its team in Lincoln. This permanent, full-time position involves diagnosing and resolving technical issues, providing first-point support for customers, and maintaining automation system performance.

The ideal candidate will possess strong networking knowledge, experience with Windows Server and Linux, and excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical users.

The position is office-based, with occasional travel to customer sites as required.
