We’re seeking a Demi Chef de Partie to join our prestigious kitchen team and elevate our guests’ dining experience. Responsibilities & Qualifications
- Experience in 5-star or 2-3 rosette kitchens
- Good knowledge of modern food trends (local, Irish, and international)
- A can‑do attitude, love for challenges, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
- Strong organizational skills and an innovative mindset
- Relevant culinary qualifications and a history of working in renowned establishments
