Mayo Wynne Baxter is delighted to announce a new opportunity within our highly regarded Commercial Property team! We are seeking a talented and motivated Solicitor or Legal Adviser to join us!

This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and is confident managing a varied and busy caseload independently.

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong technical expertise in commercial property matters, alongside the ability to prioritise effectively and deliver high-quality advice under pressure. In addition you will play a key role in the continued growth of the team by actively developing and nurturing client relationships, identifying opportunities, and contributing to business development initiatives.

What you will be doing:

You will work on a broad variety of both urban and rural commercial property matters, including:

  • Commercial landlord and tenant work
  • Lease management
  • Commercial property sales and purchases
  • Land sales and purchases.

What you will need:

We are looking for a professional who:

  • has experience in managing their own Commercial Property caseload, ideally with a mixture of rural and urban transactions.
  • is highly personable with exceptional communication skills
  • is confident in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and referrers
  • is positive, approachable, and committed to delivering outstanding legal services
