Shift Patterns

Our Bulwell service is a vibrant residential setting that supports adults with learning disabilities, complex needs and behaviours that may challenge. You will play a key role in empowering individuals in all aspects of their daily lives—helping them achieve their goals, build confidence, and enjoy greater independence. Whether you have previous experience as a Care Assistant, Support Worker, or Healthcare Assistant, or you’re new to care but driven by a desire to help others, we will provide you with comprehensive training and ongoing support to help you thrive in a rewarding career.
