Job Summary
IntraHealth Ltd is recruiting an Immunisation Administrative School Support to support our Immunisation and Vaccination Team in schools and community settings when delivering the Flu Vaccination programme. The role will support nurse‑led immunisation sessions, handle telephone calls from parents/carers, communicate with schools and manage the collection and transportation of vaccines and equipment.
Employees are required to follow safety measures and undertake a risk assessment.
Responsibilities
- Support the nursing and HCA staff during school immunisation sessions.
- Handle telephone calls from parents/carers and communicate effectively with schools.
- Assist team members with the collection and transportation of vaccines and equipment.
- Perform general administrative duties to a high standard.
- Ensure a safe, efficient, and patient‑focused working environment.

- Proven track record of delivering to tight deadlines.
- Strong teamwork skills and ability to work under own initiative.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage with people and demonstrate a positive can‑do attitude.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Respect for people using and working for the organisation.
- Willingness to act as an ambassador for the company.
- Driving licence and access to a vehicle (necessary for travel to schools).
Desirable Qualifications
- Experience working with school‑aged children.
- Previous experience of nasal flu delivery in schools.

Salary: £14.65 an hour
Contract: Bank
Duration: 6 months
