We are seeking a dedicated and professionalindividual to promote efficient and effective communication between parents,staff and students, whilst delivering high-quality pastoral care.
The successful candidate will be part of anexperienced Pastoral Team, playing a key role in promoting excellentattendance. They will work closely with Directors of Learning and the SeniorLeadership Team to support a range of pastoral concerns and contributepositively to the wellbeing and development of our students.
The ideal candidate will be diligent,proactive, and an excellent communicator, with a strong commitment to teamwork.They will be able to build and maintain positive relationships with both youngpeople and adults in an effective and appropriate manner.

- Has experience of working withyoung people
- Has experience of administrationin an office environment
- Demonstrates empathy,understanding and respect for young people
- Shows professional resilienceand integrity, with the ability to handle confidential and sensitiveinformation appropriately
- Is approachable and able toinspire respect and confidence
- Can work effectively underpressure, demonstrating strong organisational skills, self-motivation, and theability to plan and prioritise workload
