Chef De Partie / Kitchen Team Leader
The Role
As our Chef De Partie / Kitchen Team Leader, you are the engine room of the line, taking absolute ownership of your specific kitchen section and ensuring every dish meets consistently high standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Run your designated section efficiently, maintain flawless workflow, control portions, and ensure quality and presentation of every plate.
- Maintain a clean station and comply with food hygiene regulations (FRESH, HACCP, EHO).
- Supervise kitchen team members and porters, coordinate with front‑of‑house, and provide assistance to line when needed.
- Model high‑performance behaviours, share food knowledge, and lead menu tastings and daily team briefings.
