Shropshire Property Surveyor – Hybrid | Damp & EPC Focus

Connexus is looking for an experienced Property Surveyor to cover the Shropshire area, playing a pivotal role in asset management and improvement of housing stock. The role includes conducting condition surveys, producing Energy Performance Certificates, and managing budget operations.

The ideal candidate will have a customer-focused approach, extensive surveying experience, and knowledge of relevant legislation including HHSRS and Awaab’s Law. Hybrid working conditions are available.
