Meta Communications is a fast‑growing managed IT and telecoms provider based at Cams Hall, Fareham. We work with SMEs across the south of England, delivering phone systems, connectivity, and IT solutions that genuinely make a difference to how businesses operate. We’re looking for a driven, confident telemarketer to join our small but ambitious sales team and help us open doors with new clients.

What you’ll be doing

• Making outbound calls to SMEs to generate appointments for our sales team.
• Engaging decision‑makers such as business owners, IT managers and office managers.
• Booking qualified appointments and managing follow‑up pipelines.
• Logging activity and maintaining accurate records in our CRM.
• Consistently hitting daily and weekly call and booking targets.

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience in outbound telemarketing, telesales or lead generation.
• Confident, natural telephone manner with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Resilient and self‑motivated, handle rejection well and bounce back fast.
• Good listener with the ability to identify a genuine business need.
• Experience in telecoms, IT or technology sectors is an advantage but not essential.
