Key Responsibilities And Requirements
- Hold a driving licence with an excellent road safety record. All applicants must be aged 25+ and have held a full UK/EU driving licence for a minimum of two years.
- Ensure the safety of all residents, guests and staff throughout your shifts by reporting any defect or health and safety concerns.
- Have a strong understanding of Health and Safety processes.
- Pay close attention to detail and conduct regular development inspections, cleaning and maintenance both externally and internally.
- Support and collaborate with your team, building strong working relationships with residents, guests and external contractors to foster a unified working environment.
- Care passionately about creating a positive, clean and safe environment for residents, guests and your team.
- Have experience in waste removal.
- Perform car park cleaning and ad‑hoc jobs as required.
