To provide a warm, professional, and personalized welcome to every guest, ensuring their journey from check-in to check-out is seamless, memorable, and reflective of a five‑star experience.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver a personalized 5‑star experience to every guest, ensuring unmatched attention to detail from arrival to departure.
  • Deliver a warm, personalized welcome and create memorable guest experiences.
  • Manage check‑in and check‑out efficiently using Opera and PDQ systems.
  • Promote hotel services and upsell to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue.
  • Handle guest queries and feedback with professionalism and care.
  • Maintain high grooming standards and represent the brand with elegance.
  • Support loyalty programs and encourage guest engagement with Melia Rewards.
  • Ensure data privacy, safety, and compliance with all hotel protocols.
  • Be flexible and proactive, contributing to a seamless team operation.

Qualifications

  • A confident, polished communicator with a passion for luxury service.
  • Strong operational knowledge of Opera, PDQ terminals, and front desk processes.
  • A team player who thrives in a dynamic, high‑end hospitality environment.
  • Attention to detail, initiative, and a warm, welcoming attitude.
