ProPharma is seeking a Senior IT Technician – Platform & Service Enablement to provide advanced support for improving IT services and platforms. This hybrid position will involve working from the Richmond office.
The role includes responsibilities such as acting as an escalation point for technical issues and contributing to automation initiatives. Applicants should have strong IT service delivery knowledge and at least 4-5 years’ experience.
Preferred candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in IT and ITIL certification.
