Are you a passionate and resilient PSHE Teacher looking to make a real difference in a specialist educational setting?

We are working with a well-established specialist school in Enfield that supports pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH). The school is seeking a dedicated PSHE Teacher to join their team and deliver engaging, meaningful lessons that support students’ personal development and wellbeing.

The Role

  • Deliver high-quality PSHE lessons tailored to students with additional needs
  • Support pupils with SEMH, behavioural needs and complex backgrounds
  • Promote emotional wellbeing, life skills, and positive decision‑making
  • Work closely with support staff and the wider school team
  • Create a safe, structured, and inclusive learning environment

Requirements

  • Experience teaching PSHE or similar subjects
  • Strong behaviour management and ability to build positive relationships
  • Experience working with SEMH, SEN, or challenging behaviour (highly desirable)
  • A calm, patient, and resilient approach
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to obtain one)
