Location: Hybrid with flexible base location London: £50,850 to £69,918 per annum National: £46,886 to £64,468 per annum.

Hours: 36 hours per week – flexible options considered.

Job Overview

As our Dynamics CRM Technical Consultant, you’ll develop and support our Dynamics 365 Sales and Marketing systems (including Customer Insight Journeys) and customers aligned to our Latimer development business.

Responsibilities

• Ensure support tickets are logged, triaged, and resolved quickly, keeping customers informed of progress and maintaining systems in line with supplier releases.
• Engage regularly with customers, publicise new features in each release, and manage change safely following the change & release process.
• Support and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales & Marketing solutions, translating business problems into appropriate technical solutions, and help design and implement new solutions.
• Lead planning, development, and support of Dynamics Sales and Marketing technical solutions, prioritising quality and resilience.
• Write plugins and business process workflows, manage Microsoft Power Platform services, build solutions, administer release pipelines, and customise Dataverse.
• Support Functional Consultants by sharing knowledge and advising on best practice.
• Develop, extend, implement, document, and support Clarion Dynamics Sales and Marketing systems and associated services, and create technical design documents and knowledge base articles.

Qualifications

• Hands‑on technical experience with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform in a previous or current role.
• Strong technical skills and confidence in technical discussions, representing customers/business alongside other Dynamics 365 specialists.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills.
• Microsoft Power Platform Developer Associate Certification, or equivalent experience.

• Must be eligible to work in the UK.
• Required to reside in England or Wales for the duration of employment.
