Deputy MLRO & Financial Crime Compliance Lead

IQ-EQ is looking for a professional to assist the MLRO with facilitation of Financial Crime training and to monitor employee screening. The role involves supporting relationships with Russia, Ukraine, and Belarus while also contributing to SOP updates.

The ideal candidate should hold or be studying for an ICA qualification and have prior SAR / DMLRO experience along with a solid understanding of risk and compliance.
