This is an exciting opportunity for a paralegal to join a highly regarded finance team supporting complex capital markets and structured products transactions. You will work closely with senior lawyers and clients on high-value, cross-border matters while developing strong technical and commercial skills.

Description

  • Support fee earners on structured finance and capital markets transactions
  • Assist with listings on regulated markets and trading facilities globally
  • Draft and review legal documentation (e. Pricing Supplements, Final Terms)
  • Work on structured products linked to multiple asset classes
  • Project manage transaction processes and timelines
  • Assist with programme updates and ongoing maintenance
  • Conduct legal research and prepare internal know-how materials
  • Provide general administrative and transactional support as required

Profile

  • Experience in a finance legal environment preferred (not essential)
  • Exposure to structured products, securities or derivatives advantageous
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
  • Excellent organisation, communication and teamwork skills
  • Proactive, enthusiastic and keen to develop within a fast-paced team
  • Strong academic background; law degree or equivalent preferred
  • CILEX candidates or those working towards qualification considered
