Would you like a rewarding role where you work an assignment for 2 weeks and then have a 2 week break? We’d like you to join us as a Live In Support Worker with our client who lives in Lampeter.

In this role, you’ll support one individual with complex needs, working regular shifts to build a consistent, trusted care team. While hours are usually stable, the position is offered on a zero-hours contract as care packages can change.

He enjoys the simple pleasures in life watching films and TV series, following all kinds of sports, and staying up to date with world news and politics.

He’s now hoping to welcome someone thoughtful into his life who shares his appreciation for light-hearted moments, has a calming presence, and can prepare comforting, home-cooked meals. If you’re someone who values meaningful connections and enjoys the warmth of good company, this could be a lovely opportunity.

When you’ll be working:

  • Assignments are 2 weeks in length which gives you time to build relationships and provides continuity of care.
  • You’ll enjoy regular, consistent work with a rolling 2 week on / 2 week off rota.
  • Option to pick up extra shifts during your 2 week break if you would like.
