About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and organised Operations Coordinator to join our team in West Drayton, working directly alongside our Operations Manager to keep projects running smoothly and efficiently. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in an RF, electronics, or engineering environment who thrives on keeping things organised and wants to grow within a technically driven business.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting the Operations Manager in the day-to-day coordination of R&D projects, ensuring activities stay on track against timelines and milestones
- Maintaining project documentation, schedules, and status reports across multiple workstreams
- Acting as a central point of contact between engineering, production, and commercial teams to ensure clear communication and timely resolution of operational issues
- Tracking resource allocation, materials, and procurement requirements to support project delivery
- Assisting with business planning activities, preparing reports, data summaries, and presentations for senior stakeholders
- Monitoring operational KPIs and flagging risks or delays to the Operations Manager
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across operational processes and workflows
- Coordinating meetings, action logs, and follow-ups across project teams
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in an operations, project coordination, or project support role — ideally within the RF, electronics, or wider engineering sector
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball
- Confident communicator — able to liaise effectively across technical and non-technical teams
- Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and project management tools to track progress and produce clear reporting
- A proactive, can-do attitude with a keen eye for detail
- Degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, or a related discipline — or equivalent hands-on experience
