What Youll Be Doing
- Designing new products and updating existing machinery
- Applying design standards, prototype testing, and manufacturing best practice
- Making sure machines meet safety, performance, and reliability targets
- Working closely with production, purchasing, and suppliers to improve designs and reduce costs
- Staying ahead of the game by keeping up to date with new technologies and competitor trends
What Were Looking For
- Degree (or equivalent) in Engineering
- 5+ years experience in a similar role
- Strong 3D CAD skills and familiarity with Product Data Management systems
- Knowledge of mechanical and hydraulic systems
- Creativity, problem-solving skills, and a proactive mindset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
