Careers at Crestchic
Our History
Build something extraordinary with us
We manufacture and test power solutions that keep the world running. We’re a growing, global business, and we’re looking for talented people who want to grow with us.
Why join the Crestchic team?
Crestchic is growing, and that’s good news for your career. In a business that’s constantly winning new work and entering new markets, there is always a next step to take, a new skill to build, or a bigger role to grow into.
We’re based in Burton‑on‑Trent, but our reach is global. You’ll be working on projects and with customers around the world, which means opportunities to learn new skills, meet new people, and even travel to other locations.
We invest in our people, providing access to training, mentoring, and new challenges. As Crestchic grows, so do the opportunities. We promote from within wherever we can. And, unlike some manufacturing businesses, we stick to core business hours and our shift pattern doesn’t include weekends – so you can enjoy time off with family and friends.
Many of our team members have been with us for years, which we think speaks volumes. Crestchic is a place where you can build a long, rewarding career.
Where we are
Global reach. Local heart.
Our headquarters is in Burton‑on‑Trent, a well‑connected, accessible location in the heart of the UK. From here, our teams design, manufacture, and support power testing solutions for customers worldwide.
We have recently made a huge investment in our manufacturing facility. While we are staying in Burton, we are moving to new, more modern premises. As well as building world‑class manufacturing facilities on the new site, we’re keeping employee wellbeing at the heart of our plans – with wellbeing and breakout spaces, an on‑site canteen and more.
