Machine Learning Engineer

Axiom Recruit is partnering with a Y Combinator funded AI Debt Claims tech company that is redefining how complex operational workflows and insurance operations are automated with AI. Already trusted by major enterprise customers, they’re scaling rapidly and seeking exceptional ML Engineers to join their London team.

What You’ll be doing

• Design, build, and deploy scalable machine learning systems
• Develop LLM-powered workflows and intelligent automation pipelines
• Translate real-world insurance business processes into AI-driven solutions
• Contribute to system architecture and scaling a startup from 0 to 1

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years’ experience in Machine Learning / AI Engineering
• Proven track record of shipping ML models into production
• Strong coding skills in Python for ML research
• Experience in AI startup, scale-up, or high-performance teams
