Urgent Community Care Specialist

The NHS Business Services Authority is seeking a Community Support Worker (CSW) in Cherwell District. You will provide urgent health care support to individuals in their homes, working within the Intensive Community Care pathway. Candidates should possess a Level 2 or 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care, plus have experience with home care and phlebotomy.
