About you

  • Proven experience in B2B business development or relationship management
  • Track record of generating opportunities and meeting growth targets
  • Comfortable engaging with founders and senior decision-makers
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and professional credibility
  • Ability to understand commercial challenges and offer tailored solutions
  • Strong organisational skills and disciplined pipeline management
  • Resilient, self-motivated, and proactive relationship builder
  • Curious with a desire for continuous learning
  • Experience within accountancy, tax, SaaS, professional services, or financial sectors is a plus but not essential

What you’ll do

  • Identify and engage high-potential start-ups, scale-ups, and growth businesses through outbound activity and networking
  • Build strong relationships with founders, CEOs, CFOs, and leadership teams
  • Introduce advisory services including accounting, tax, strategic advice, and funding solutions
  • Demonstrate the value of the new funding and tax software platform to prospective clients
  • Advise on client challenges and qualification of opportunities via CRM management
  • Lead discovery meetings and collaborate with internal specialists to deliver bespoke solutions
  • Attend at industry events and develop referral networks
