Role: Technical Lead

The Role:
- Develop our cloud-based cyber security platform using Django and React
- Coach and support team members through code reviews and pair programming
- Provide line management for team members including regular 1:1s and performance reviews
- Leverage and integrate latest AI assistants and tools to boost productivity and code quality
About you:
- Full stack, ideally using Python (Django) and React.
- Champion of TDD, BDD, and quality-driven development
- Proven experience integrating and managing third-party APIs
- Understanding of and leading the team in applying software security fundamentals
- Working knowledge of AWS services, GitHub actions and terraform
- Experience managing a remote team
