I’m currently recruiting for an exciting Sales Associate opportunity with an established British contemporary designer fashion brand based in London.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a customer-focused retail professional with a passion for premium fashion, styling, and client experience to join a sophisticated retail environment known for craftsmanship, elevated design, and timeless collections.

Key responsibilities:

• Delivering an exceptional and personalised client experience
• Building strong client relationships and driving long-term loyalty
• Supporting store performance through achieving sales targets and KPIs
• Providing expert product knowledge and styling recommendations
• Maintaining impeccable shop floor presentation and visual standards
• Proactively identifying sales opportunities and client needs
• Acting as a strong brand ambassador at all times

We’re looking for candidates who have:

• Previous experience within premium or contemporary fashion retail
• Strong clientelling and customer service skills
• A commercially driven mindset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A genuine passion for fashion and styling
• A collaborative and proactive approach
