A unique full-time opportunity supporting two neurodivergent brothers (12 & 6) in a warm, neuro‑affirmative family home in North London.
Salary and Hours• Gross per year: Up to £60,000+ (DOE)• Hourly: £21.00–£23.00 gross per hour• Hours: 55 hours per week, Monday–Friday between 7:30am–6:30pm• Start: ASAP

- Previous SEN/neurodivergent experience
- Swimmer
- Non-smoker/vaper

- Experience with PDA, autistic burnout, home education, psychology, mental health, or therapeutic support
About the Children
- Tom (12) – enjoys gaming, tech and interest‑led conversations; benefits from low-demand, trust-based support.
- Chris (6) – enjoys gaming, swimming, humour and sensory play; support tailored to his changing energy and emotional needs.
The Role
A relationship‑based, child‑led role focusing on building trust, emotional safety and co‑regulation. You’ll provide calm companionship, sensory activities, home education (where appropriate), interest‑led play and emotional wellbeing for both boys, and light household support such as meal prep and laundry.

An experienced, reflective and adaptable SEN professional with a calm, child‑led approach. Ideal backgrounds include SEN, psychology, occupational therapy, youth work or mental health support.
