Consent Call Centre Agent – Vaccination Program

Vaccination UK Ltd is looking for a Call Centre Agent to enhance vaccination uptake through inbound and outbound calls during the flu season from September to December. This role requires a strong emphasis on customer service and communication skills.

The successful candidate will support the immunisation programmes, manage bookings from parents, and ensure compliance with company policies while aimimg to meet set KPIs.
