Contractor Integration Coordinator

As Contractor Integration Coordinator you will support the successful onboarding and integration of suppliers and contractors, working closely with Contract Managers, Procurement, HR and operational functional areas to ensure all requirements are met and suppliers are fully prepared to deliver from day one.

• Help manage contractor onboarding processes
• Maintain the Contractor Portal and ensure data integrity
• Support reporting activities, contractor dashboards and Games readiness tracking
• Coordinate risk mitigation and contingency planning with key stakeholders
• Contribute to internal planning activities and support taskforces and other operational initiatives
• Assist wider teams in areas such as Command, Control and Communications and Testing and Readiness

Key Skills and Experience

• Strong organisational and administrative experience
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, high‑pressure environment
• Understanding of operational planning requirements
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Attention to detail and strong IT skills (Microsoft 365, Excel & Outlook)

Benefits

Salary starting at £28,325, commensurate with skills and experience.
