Country Sales Leader (B2B Solution Selling)
High-growth, fast-paced B2B organisation looking to appoint a hands-on Sales Leader to drive performance, conversion, and pipeline across a national field sales team.

The Role
As part of the country leadership team, you will:
- Drive overall sales performance in a dynamic, high-growth environment
- Maximise revenue by improving inbound lead conversion and accelerating sales growth across multiple offerings
- Own and execute the country sales plan
- Work closely with customers to understand needs and position the right solutions
- Spend time with existing clients to increase satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities
- Partner with Marketing to unlock new channels and optimise existing campaigns
- Ensure local market competitiveness, including pricing strategy
- Act as a brand ambassador, building strong networks to drive market insight and lead generation
- Lead, coach and drive performance across a team of Field Sales Managers
- Collaborate with Group teams to ensure tools and sales enablement are fit for purpose locally

- Proven senior B2B solution / service sales leadership background
- Strong track record of consistent, measurable revenue growth (month-on-month)
- A genuine hunter mentality — proactive, network-driven, and opportunity-focused
- Highly competent in pipeline management, conversion, and deal closure
- Data-driven and KPI obsessed, with a relentless focus on results
- Hands-on leadership style — comfortable being in the detail and driving performance on the ground
- Commercially astute, able to align solutions to customer needs
