A prestigious new development in Solihull is preparing to launch its collection of 73 beautifully crafted homes: 35 open‑market apartments and houses, plus 39 premium retirement properties featuring an elegant club room and communal lounge.
With build completion expected September, we are seeking a standout Sales Consultant to represent this high‑specification scheme and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
The Role
You will be the welcoming, knowledgeable present on site, supporting both open‑market buyers and those transitioning into retirement living. Responsibilities include:
- Managing and converting incoming enquiries
- Conducting professional, engaging show home tours
- Building trust and rapport with older purchasers and their families
- Providing clear, reassuring guidance throughout the sales journey
- Working collaboratively with Savills and Hearts Homes
- Ensuring the 2 show homes are always presented to an impeccable standard
Ideal Candidate
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Experienced in retirement living sales, or highly confident working with pension‑age buyers
- Warm, relatable, patient and able to communicate with empathyPolished, professional and comfortable representing a luxury brand
- Driven by both service excellence and achieving sales results
Working Pattern
- 3 days a week or full‑time
- Typically 2 weekdays + Saturday
- No Sundays
- Flexible hours/days available
