We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Bartender to join the team at the prestigious V&A Museum Members’ Room.
£13.25 per hour + TroncFull-time position (5 out of 7 days)
About the Bartender role
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Prepare alcohol, non-alcohol beverages, hot drinks
- Interact with customers, take orders and serve drinks
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Stay guest focused and ensure the customers experience is maintained at all times to the highest standard
- Ensure that safety standards are followed at all times
- Able to work weekends and late evening shifts
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Additional Information
Our cafes and restaurant at V&A has a mix of brasserie style food, freshly, made sandwiches, wraps, and salads.
We are predominantly daytime shifts, meaning we offer one of the best work‑life balance in hospitality. You will be responsible for taking orders, making coffees, running food and looking after sections.

- General cleaning duties and general tasks across the site
We are looking for experience in customer service, full training will be provided. However, a smile, dedication to exceeding customer expectations, and being a great team player are essential.
