Graduate Early Years Educator – EYFS Impact & Growth

Ribbons & Reeves are looking for passionate Early Years Educators to join schools across Newham from September 2026 on full-time contracts until July 2027. This role involves supporting young children during learning and play-based activities, focusing on early reading and communication development.

The ideal candidates will have a 2:1 degree or higher and at least 6 months of relevant experience. A nurturing approach and strong communication skills are essential for fostering confident and engaged learners.
