Sales Assistant – Stratford Upon Avon

12hrs per week – Mon 10:00‑14:00; Tue 10:00‑14:00; Sat 13:00‑17:00

About the Role

Step into a role as a Sales Assistant working in one of our retail stores where you will create an amazing shopping experience. You will combine your expert understanding of the Joules products with a friendly, welcoming approach to provide exceptional customer service within the store.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service within the store.
• Understand the Joules brand and create a unique shopping experience.
• Maintain retail operational standards on the shop floor and back of house.
• Participate in achieving store targets and deliverables.
• Represent Joules with a friendly, welcoming approach.

Qualifications

• Passion for fashion retail and the Joules brand.
• Team‑player attitude and commitment to store standards.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Desire to develop retail potential and deliver a positive shopping experience.
