SEN Teacher – Outstanding SEN School

Permanent position starting September 2026 in Ealing. A new outstanding SEN school seeks a dedicated SEN Teacher to support pupils across EYFS, KS1 & KS2.

Responsibilities

• Work under the current Schools SENCO.
• Support EHCP applications.
• Provide additional 1:1 and group SEN interventions.
• Work alongside a range of professionals.
• Teach SEN children in small groups and support parents and colleagues.
• Set up provisions for SEN children and focus on improving learning quality and provisions.
• Assist in teaching at the brand new site following the school’s expansion to three locations.

Job Details

• Full time & permanent.
• Salary range: £2,500 – £6,500 (MPS1 – UPS3 + TLR / SEN Point).
• Location: Ealing.

Qualifications & Experience

• UK QTS (Qualified Teacher Status).
• Strong understanding of the curriculum and teaching standards.
• Passion for education and creativity in inspiring young minds.
• Lesson observations rated ‘Good’ or ‘Outstanding’.
