Responsibilities
Your role will involve reviewing Customer Windows related work requests and providing quick turn‑around responses for more complete and detailed requirements. You will use automation to build images, documents, work instructions, and configure Windows Servers (primarily virtual and hosted on VMware clusters). You will also build and rack physical servers with Customer DC and computer rooms, update and maintain existing gold build images, patch and upgrade Windows Servers, and produce capacity management reporting. You will attend bi‑weekly engineering meetings to provide progress updates on outstanding tickets and ensure server builds adhere to Fujitsu and Customer standards. You will attend Customer and Fujitsu sites as required to meet target SLAs and KPIs, raise risks or issues that may impact costs, delivery timescales or overall solution deployments, and assist in testing activities. The successful applicant may also engage in projects further afield from time to time.

Security Clearance

Hours of Work
Mon‑Fri between 0700 & 1900. You will cover 37 hours over the week with days typically from 0700 to 1530 or 1030 to 1900. There is no weekend working, however overtime may be available, which may include weekends.
