Hybrid HR Analytics Officer – Power BI & Workforce Insights

Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council is seeking a talented Data Analytics Officer on a full-time, six-month fixed-term contract. This role focuses on enhancing HR reporting capabilities through developing Power BI dashboards and creating workforce insights in a hybrid environment.

You will work closely with stakeholders to transform data into meaningful insights supporting strategic decisions. Candidates should have experience in data analytics, particularly with Power BI.
